Applications for the Erasmus+ program are now open for the academic year 2024/25. Take advantage of the opportunity to apply for the Fully Funded Erasmus Mundus Scholarship 2024 in Europe. This scholarship, generously funded by the European Commission, is open to students worldwide. In the Erasmus program, participants have the unique chance to study in a minimum of three European countries across three universities, ultimately earning a combined degree. Erasmus welcomes applications from individuals of all nationalities.

The Erasmus Mundus Programme plays a pivotal role in supporting high-quality Master Courses in Europe, thereby boosting the global appeal of European higher education in non-European countries. The Euroculture Master programme, for the intake years 2023-2025 and 2024-2026, is offering Erasmus Mundus scholarships. Successful applicants can anticipate scholarship support until the conclusion of the 2026 project.

These EU-funded scholarships are available for Third Country students and EU/EEA students who have been accepted into the Euroculture Master Course. Annually, approximately 22 grants are made available. For those intending to commence their studies in 2024, there will be 22 grants up for grabs.

It’s crucial to note that the application period for scholarships for the 2024-2026 term spans from October 15, 2023, to January 10, 2024. Applicants submitting their materials after this deadline will only be considered for self-funding. The application process for Euroculture, whether for a scholarship or as a self-financing student, is carried out through the same application procedure. Notably, no additional scholarship application is required. Furthermore, Euroculture does not currently charge application fees for prospective students.

Eligibility requirements

Applicants for the scholarship must have attained a first higher education degree or demonstrate an equivalent level of learning, adhering to national regulations by the application deadline. This implies that candidates should possess a higher education degree by January 10, 2024, to commence the program in 2024.

Individuals who have previously secured an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees (EMJMD) scholarship or were former Erasmus Mundus Master/Doctoral Course scholarship recipients are ineligible for an additional scholarship within the EMJMD action. EMJMD scholarship beneficiaries cannot concurrently receive another EU grant while pursuing their EMJMD studies.

Applicants holding a European-equivalent Master Degree will be deprioritized in the selection process for the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship.

While most nationalities are eligible to apply, a distinction is made between program country students and partner country students. No more than 25% of the total scholarships will be awarded to program country students. Scholarship holders from partner countries are not entitled to the monthly subsistence allowance for EMJMD periods exceeding three months spent in any Partner Country.

Students from partner countries who have engaged in their main activity (studies, work, etc.) for over a total of 12 months in any of the program countries (EU + Turkey, Macedonia, Norway, Lichtenstein, Iceland) within the last five years will be considered program country applicants based on the 12-month rule.

A comprehensive and punctual application is imperative for consideration. Detailed document requirements are listed in the menu on the left.

Under the framework of the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship Programme, participating countries are categorized into geographical windows. The Euroculture program, in accordance with the program’s conditions, is mandated to attract students from various geographical windows to ensure a diverse student cohort.
